In order to reach our community development goals, we encourage donations of various types of land and real estate including:

• Homes in need of repair

• Condemned sites that must be razed

• Commercial properties

• Retail properties

• Warehousing properties

Donating property is easy! Habitat handles all required paper work and

pays all transfer fees, recording fees and appraisal costs.

As always, donating real estate is tax deductible.
